Book the van

From note to towel.

You ask for a day. The desk replies. Only that reply holds the hour. Then the van arrives, the coat is done, and the pet comes back smelling like a clean towel.

  1. You send the note

Pet name, breed, weight band, neighbourhood, and a day that is not Saturday. The form on the book page opens WhatsApp with those lines filled in.

  2. The desk answers

WhatsApp from 053-629-1847 confirms the hour, the price, and the curb. Until that message, the slot is still free for someone else.

  3. The morning of the visit

You get a shorter note with the arrival window. Walk the dog first. Skip a full meal just before the bath. Cats travel in a carrier to the van door.

  4. The coat check

If mats will add time, the groomer tells you the extra, usually ₪100 to ₪180 including VAT, and waits for a yes. A double coat is de-shed, not shaved.

  5. Bath, cut, nails, ears

Most visits take 75 to 150 minutes. You collect a dry pet at the van. Pay the way the desk named when the hour was confirmed, often Bit, a transfer, or cash.

Vaccines, said simply

Before a dog or cat steps into a van that other pets use, Peachcoat expects the vaccinations your own vet recommends to be up to date. That is a house rule for a shared vehicle. It is not medical advice, and the groomer does not examine or certify health. Puppies and kittens ride once your vet considers those vaccines in place.
