Peachcoat

Mobile grooming for dogs and cats in Tel Aviv and Gush Dan.

Book the van

A peach room on wheels.

The salon is the van. One animal is inside at a time. You stay at the building, or you wait nearby. The groom happens in the tub, not in your hallway.

The van's grooming tub, peach walls, cream cabinets, and a window.

What is on board

A steel tub, warm water from the van's tank, a dryer, a table, towels, and the usual scissors and combs. A normal groom does not need a cable through your flat. On a long hot day the tank may be topped up from an outdoor tap. The desk will ask if that might be you, before the route is set.

Where it stands

The van needs a legal place to stay for the length of the coat, usually 75 to 150 minutes. Permit-only streets are fine when the desk knows the block in advance. If the curb will not hold a van, the visit moves to a day when it will.

One animal, then the next

Dogs and cats are not bathed together. A second pet at the same address is welcome and waits its turn. The van sleeps at Reading West car park on Rokach Boulevard, then drives the day's list. There is no waiting room to drop into.
