Peachcoat Mobile Grooming Ltd. (פיצ׳קוט טיפוח נייד בע״מ, company no. 517360848) keeps a small set of booking notes so the van can find your street. This page says what those notes are. It is written for customers, and it is not a formal legal opinion.

The law we work under

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981), including Amendment 13, which entered into force on 14 August 2025. Amendment 13 widened the Privacy Protection Authority's enforcement tools, including administrative fines, and shifted many database duties from the old registry model onto the body that actually holds the information. Peachcoat uses booking details to schedule grooms, reply on WhatsApp, and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell those details.

Pet details are your data

A pet's name, breed, weight band, and a note about temperament are stored with your neighbourhood, your day, and the phone number WhatsApp already shows. That bundle can identify you, the owner. Peachcoat treats the pet details as your personal data under the Privacy Protection Law, even though the dog or cat is not a person.

What the desk keeps

From the form: pet name, breed, weight band, city, neighbourhood, requested day, service, the flat-faced checkbox, and any note you type. From WhatsApp: the conversation that follows, including the hour that was confirmed. From email, if you write to desk@groomly.pro: whatever you put in that letter. The site itself does not ask you to create an account.

The book button opens wa.me on your phone. The message is then handled by WhatsApp, which Peachcoat does not operate. Their terms cover that part of the trip. Write to the desk if you would rather use email for the booking instead.

How long, and your requests

Booking notes are kept for as long as they are needed for the visit, a repeat booking, or a payment question, and then deleted. You can ask to see the notes, correct them, or have them deleted, including the lines about your pet. Send that request to desk@groomly.pro or on WhatsApp at 053-629-1847. A small grooming list like this is not a reason Peachcoat has appointed a privacy officer. The same address still answers. You may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

Letters: Reading West car park, 7 Rokach Boulevard, Tel Aviv-Yafo 6514807. That is the van's overnight parking, run by Ahuzot HaHof. Mark the envelope for Peachcoat. Fonts on this website are files we host ourselves, so opening a page does not call Google Fonts.
