The slot
A form, a missed call, or a note that has not been answered does not hold a place on the route. The desk's reply with a day and a window is the booking. Saturday is closed. Friday work finishes by 13:00.
Terms of the visit
These terms cover a groom from Peachcoat Mobile Grooming Ltd. (פיצ׳קוט טיפוח נייד בע״מ, company no. 517360848). Asking for a day on WhatsApp is a request. The visit exists when the desk confirms the hour.
Prices and VAT
Prices on the card are in Israeli shekels and include VAT at 18%. The area minimum on the city page replaces a lower service price when you book the van for that service alone. Mats are extra only after you agree, usually ₪100 to ₪180 including VAT. A second pet at the same address takes ₪40 off the smaller full groom, and the minimum is counted once.
Cancellation
Tell the desk on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the agreed start and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours the desk fee is ₪95, VAT included, unless the desk offers another day you accept. A no-show is charged the area minimum. If Peachcoat cancels, you pay nothing for that visit and the desk offers another day.
Heat refusal
In August, from 12:00 to 17:00, the van does not take flat-faced dogs: French bulldogs, pugs, English bulldogs, Pekingese, Shih Tzus with a very short muzzle, and similar brachycephalic dogs. The desk moves those visits to a morning before 11:00. If the van is already too hot at the door, the visit is postponed at no charge. That refusal is part of the service, and it is not a fine.
Bites and stopping
If a dog or cat bites, or is about to, the groom stops. Safety comes before the haircut. You pay for the work already finished, and at least ₪70 if the bath had started. A pet that cannot be handled safely is not a candidate for the van. Peachcoat does not sedate. If we have not started, there is no charge.
Vaccines and the clinic line
We expect dogs and cats to be up to date on the vaccinations your vet recommends before they enter the van. That is a house rule for a shared vehicle, not medical advice. Peachcoat does not practise veterinary medicine and does not perform surgery. A worry about skin, ears, or gait is handed back to you to take to your vet.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are brought in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. Nothing here limits a right the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or another statute says you cannot waive. If a pet is hurt because we were careless, tell the desk the same day.
